They are a pay online service that charges $2.99 and $3.99 + to make payments to us. They take 5-7 days to process. Our payment service (PNC) only charges $1.25 for transactions with a checking and routing number or 2.75% for credit card and debit card plus .50 cents if under $100

About the Water District
Jessamine-South Elkhorn Water District was established in 1970 for the purpose of providing water service to Jessamine County. In August of 1995, the District formed the sewer division to provide collection services for residents of Jessamine County. The Jessamine County Fiscal Court appoints an independent board of commissioners to govern the District. The primary source of revenue for the District is provided by the resales and transmission of the city water to local and remote areas in Jessamine County. The District also has assumed the responsibility of providing sanitary sewer transmission to remote areas of the county.

Our Bi-annual flushing occurs in March and October
Billing and Disconnect
Billing is around the 19th of each month, with
bills always due on the 1st.
Unpaid Water and Sewer is disconnected around the 18th.
